Dave Futch did a great job helping us purchase our Home on Maui. There were issues with our CPR documents and Dave found a way to make the sale happen. He is very knowledgeable on all the rules and regulations on Maui properties. Dave was great about communicating with me with videos , emails, and phone calls despite me being in Utah (4 hour time difference).
