He worked with me online from Alberta Canada until we found a few suitable properties then I traveled to Maui and purchased that same visit. Dave was very patient with me and understood that I was needing his experience and solid advise to purchase in another country.

I was not familiar with all that was required to purchase a place in Maui so I was leaning on him to show me what was all necessary and he came through very nicely and made the process very easy. I also wanted to rent out my place and he helped with advise and contacts for rental management including contractors to help make me successful in my new place.

Dave also sold my property when I needed to consolidate. He provided the right evaluation for my property, found the buyer in a very short time and again made the entire process quick and easy.

Dave is an excellent realtor. He goes above and beyond what most realtors do. He and I, working as a team just completed a complicated and difficult transaction. As I was buying a land CPR there was much negotiating with the sellers regarding the fixture count allocations. And then, as one of the unit was created as a 'buffer unit' for the seller's adjacent property, we managed to eventually all agree on a Landscape License agreement.

All the while Dave was available and attentive to my needs as a buyer. I highly recommend Dave for all your real estate requirements.
