This concept really resonates with me.
Someone once told me, “you have two ears and one mouth –
you should listen twice as much as you speak”.
So, I became curious how this would be expressed within Hawaiian cultural values and discovered “Lohe Pono”.

I am a contractor who has worked with Dave Futch on 2- property sales transactions. The first sale we did with him was raw land with a cottage, in Haiku. It required an all cash deal as land without house is difficult to obtain financing for. He managed to find me a buyer, in relatively short order and we had a successful sale. He was particularly adept at working with me and the buyer to resolve any and all uncertainties and discrepancies that came up.
Our 2nd sale was a more straightforward one and with keen marketing and good communication, we closed our house sale in record time without any issues.
