Recently, I had the privilege of attending an enlightening workshop titled “Rediscovering Hawaii’s Soul,” presented by the Hawaii Executive Collaborative. This all-day event was a remarkable experience that brought together Realtors to deepen their understanding of Hawaii’s rich cultural and historical roots.
The workshop was not only informative but also delivered with an engaging and enjoyable presentation style. The primary objective was to inspire the Realtor community to integrate Hawaii’s unique cultural values into our practices and strategic plans. We aim to become more aware and sensitive to what it truly means to live on this island, so we can respectfully share its beauty with others.
As Realtors, we have a responsibility not just to sell homes, but to promote and preserve the cultural heritage of the places we represent. By embracing these values, we hope to enhance our own value systems and positively influence those who live here and those who visit.
